ZF offers three-step service with new Bike Eco
With the market launch of its ZF Bike Eco System, ZF has given details of its three-step service and training concept, which, it says, guarantees minimal effort for manufacturers, dealers and customers when it comes to servicing and retrofitting.
The ZF CentriX drive unit can be installed and removed in just a few minutes. Retrofitting other components, such as remote, display or light, can be easily integrated into the ZF Bike Eco System at any time, thanks to its plug-and-play approach.
In 2025, ZF will offer on-site training courses for e-bike dealers across Europe, at which ZF experts will impart practical knowledge about the product, servicing, the integration of new components and the service concept. Registered dealers can find an overview of the dates in the ZF Dealer Service Portal and sign up.
Individual service and training videos are also available on the ZF Dealer Service Portal.
Generally, the ZF Bike Eco System is designed to be maintenance-free. If dealers require spare parts, they can order them quickly and reliably from ZF.
